COVID-19 INFORMATION:
Like most businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected our usual operations. I’m happy to say that we are both capable of continuing to make the decks safely from home, however the pandemic has greatly affected shipping times. While we are doing our best to get orders out ASAP, please allow for delays with shipping. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Shipping delays vary by country so please check your own country’s current postal service for more information and expect delays of shipping up to 2 weeks or more.
We are an independent business and craft everything by hand, we greatly appreciate all of your support and patience during these hard times and thank you for continuing to help us do what we love doing.
AUSTRALIA - please note that the country we ship from (Ireland) currently can NOT deliver post to Australia due to the pandemic. We will be holding all orders to Australia until a time where postal services have resumed. Orders made to Australia can not request a refund or replacement until postal services have resumed and adequate shipping time has passed. Please contact us for more information or queries about this.

How can I pay?
We accept all currencies! You can pay by debit or credit card (powered by Swipe) or PayPal. If paying by another currency you will be charged the exchange rate of your bank or the PayPal Currency Conversion rate.
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
No problem! If you’ve read the above information about shipping delays due to COVID-19 and your order still hasn’t turned up after an extended period of time, please contact us using the form and we’ll be more than happy to sort you out!
If you have chosen Free Untracked Shipping then unfortunately your order is non-refundable as you agree to these terms upon purchase. We are happy to send you a replacement in circumstances where there has been an extraordinary delay in postage, longer than current COVID delays
If you have chosen Tracked Shipping (Paid) then please contact us via the form - we will arrange a refund and/or replacement for you.
How long will my order take to ship?
Thanks for ordering! We ship standard class untracked from either the UK or Sweden (depending). Shipping estimates are as follows:
UK & Europe: 1- 6 working days
Rest Of a The World: 6 - 10 working days

How many cards are there?
Our deck is the Major Arcana only, which means there are 23 cards in the deck, including the title card. And yes - you can make very powerful readings with only these cards.
